Croydon Council is proud to be associated with Croydon Business Excellence Awards

Croydon Council is extremely delighted to be proud sponsors of the 2016 Croydon Business Excellence Awards being held at the ultra luxurious Grand Sapphire.

Councillor Mark Watson, cabinet member for economy and jobs, said: “Once again we’re delighted to be a sponsor of the Croydon Business Excellence Awards. With over 13,000 registered businesses in Croydon, the largest business base of any south London borough, we are committed to working with our key partners to support local businesses.”

Grand Sapphire is the newest and most exciting venue to come out of Croydon. This will be the second year for these awards as they were a huge success last year. These awards highlight the best of Croydon and this is the chance to appreciate them through a grand ceremony and a gala dinner.
All proceeds from the charity ball and gala dinner will be going towards Mayor of Croydon’s chosen charities:-

• Croydon Commitment
• The Stanley People’s Initiative
• The British Home

The Mayor of Croydon is looking forward to the Croydon Business Excellence Awards, in association with Gatwick Airport, as being one of the highlights of his year as the borough’s first citizen.
