Croydon PrideFest is on the way – six weeks to go!

The third Croydon PrideFest will take place on Saturday 14 July, and is expected to bring more than 7,000 people together for a day of celebration and inclusivity.

The free event will start with a parade along North End from 11.30am, along to Wandle Park where there will be live music and entertainment all afternoon and evening, and a dance tent open until 10pm.

Confirmed acts include Asifa Lahore, star of Channel 4’s ‘Muslim Drag Queens’, and singer songwriter Christopher Haul. Other acts will be available on the Croydon PrideFest website in the coming weeks.

“PrideFest is an important part of our community and this event shows how open and inclusive Croydon is. That’s why the council is thoroughly pleased to sponsor this event.

“Croydon’s community spirit is amazing and we’ll always support it in whatever way we can.”
