Croydon’s Family Justice Centre (FJC) team is looking for volunteers to offer support to individuals and families who are experiencing domestic abuse.
The volunteers will need to offer a minimum two hours a week, be willing to support people to achieve change in their lives and be keen to increase their own skills and experience.
The FJC team will offer full training, support and supervision.

“The Family Justice Centre’s volunteer project has just started, and we are keen to welcome people from all communities as volunteers as we value their skills, experience and backgrounds.
“We know that one in four women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime and on average, the FJC helps 232 people every month.
“Volunteers will be providing further support to help them feel less isolated, and to encourage them to seek help from health, housing and financial services, children’s centres and support groups.”
