RingGo cashless parking – fault advice (Wed 23 Nov)

[UPDATE 13.05the system is now working again. If you were unable to pay for parking earlier today and your car is still parked please make a payment now.]

Whilst the national RingGo system is experiencing technical issues we advise drivers to try and pay by cash.  Current registered users of the RingGo system should call the enforcement hotline on 0208 760 1966 if they are unable to pay.

Our on-street enforcement officers will be using discretion in relation to cars they recognise as regular RingGo users.

We recommend that RingGo users take screen grabs of the system error message as this will be useful as evidence should a penalty notice be issued.
