Croydon has made a firm commitment to deliver better care and support to people living with dementia, and their carers, to lead full and active lives.
The new corporate parenting strategy sets out the council’s promise to provide children and young people in care with stable and loving homes, and support them during and after care to grow into happy and successful adults.
The proposals are to replace 191 homes with up to 450 homes, of which at least 200 would be council homes.
