Croydon Council, in partnership with Develop Croydon, has launched a new website, Croydon Commercial, bringing together up‑to‑date listings of vacant shops, offices and industrial spaces available to rent across the borough.

The digital platform has been designed to help residents, entrepreneurs and investors quickly find suitable business premises – supporting economic growth across Croydon and bringing vacant spaces back into use.

Supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs, and creating more opportunities for skills and learning, are key priorities set out in Executive Mayor Jason Perry’s Business Plan. This initiative forms part of the Mayor’s Croydon Growth Plan, and wider drive to attract inward investment to help regenerate the borough and revive its high streets. Recent improvements already delivered include better transport links and enhanced green spaces.

Croydon Commercial is one of the projects being funded through the government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), after Croydon Council was awarded the highest grant in London last year, totalling £1,433,340. The funding will be used to boost skills, support businesses and enhance community spaces across the borough.
