Croydon welcomes Superdrug to their new HQ

Superdrug has this week cut the ribbon on its new head office at 51 Sydenham Road, in Central Croydon.

The new location puts the business in the heart of Croydon and just round the corner from East Croydon mainline station. The new 55,000 sq foot building, spread over six floors, will support both the current and future growth of Superdrug’s business.

The new office creates a collaborative environment that is up to date and inspirational for the 500 colleagues based there. The new space has been designed by Morgan Lovell to boost productivity, promote collaboration, increase engagement and support a healthy lifestyle.

Jo Mackie, Superdrug Customer & People Director, comments: “After almost 40 years based at Beddington Lane this is a huge move for the business.

“This move gives us the opportunity to create a more inspirational work space that totally reflects our brand’s culture. This will allow us to give our stores and customers the support they need to ensure we continue to grow and continue to offer the best health and beauty experience on the high street and online.

“We’re delighted that, with such heritage in the area, we are staying in Croydon and are part of such an exciting regeneration programme. With great transport links and local facilities we are all incredibly excited to be planning the next stage in Superdrug’s history.”
