Jason Perry (Conservative) has been re-elected as the Executive Mayor of Croydon.

Jason Perry was declared Mayor at 17:15 on Friday 8 May after winning the highest number of votes to secure victory.

Voters headed to the ballot boxes yesterday, with an overall turnout of 40.99% for the Mayoral election.

This is a second term for Mayor Perry, who was elected in Croydon’s first ever Mayoral contest held in 2022.

The Executive Mayor of Croydon is responsible for setting the borough’s priorities and has one of the largest mandates of any elected politician in London.
