Storm Eunice: Friday 18 February

UK Power Networks has organised additional staff to help customers whose electricity supply is affected by the weather. Residents can access regular updates and information about powers cuts by visiting the UK Power Networks website.

You can report an environmental incident such as a fallen tree online.

The council is working with partners across the borough to keep residents safe and our key services will continue to operate but there may be delays.

Croydon’s libraries will be closed today, however, residents will still be able to access library services online and registrar appointments have been cancelled – those with appointments today are being contacted directly. The Town Hall and Access Croydon will remain open for emergencies.

A decision has now been made to close our household reuse and recycling centres. Please plan your visit for another day.

We are experiencing high numbers of phone calls relating to housing damage. For non-emergency requests, please use the housing repairs form and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Do not report emergency repairs online, please call our contact centre on 020 8726 6101.

Residents can contact the council online. Residents should call 999 in an emergency.

Please visit the Met Office Website for the latest  information about what to expect  and how to stay safe.
