In addition White Hut Studios will be working with the council to bring an exciting four-week programme to Fieldway Community Centre – with music, arts and drama for 8-11s from 10-2pm and music production, mentoring and DJ-ing workshops for 12-17 year-olds, Monday-Thursday. Booking here
Meanwhile, Croydon’s youth outreach team will be heading out to connect with young people in Croydon’s parks and their own neighbourhoods throughout the summer. From football sessions to signposting to support, youth engagement workers will be out and about in communities across Croydon.
The council is also working with a huge range of partners across Croydon to ensure young people can access activities, help and support this summer, from Legacy Youth Zone to Palace to Life, Play Place, and many more. Families who are eligible for free school meals can sign up for free healthy meals and summer activities through Croydon’s Holiday Activities and Food programme – find out more on the council’s webpage
