Final planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of up to 340 new homes for local people on the Regina Road estate in South Norwood.
Lovell Partnerships has been named as the preferred contractor to deliver new Council homes at Regina Road, in South Norwood. This marks another big step forward for the community as Croydon Council moves the redevelopment closer to becoming a reality.
Plans to rebuild Regina Road received unanimous support from Croydon’s planning committee - a major step towards new, modern Council homes for local people.

The structural demolition of 1–87 Regina Road has now started, marking a major milestone in transforming the estate. Over the coming months, the block will be taken down level by level, making way for the next stage of the regeneration.
